How to be an Inclusive Employer

This half-day workshop identifies how you can become a more culturally inclusive and mindful employer. It will also highlight the government programs available to help you employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

  • Learn how to provide culturally safe spaces for customers and workers
  • Explore the opportunities and benefits of engaging with Aboriginal Australians as clients and/or employees
  • Understand the state and federal government programs available to businesses that employ and/or work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

This workshop is for small business owners currently engaged with, or looking to engage with, Aboriginal Australians as clients or employees, or just those wanting to advance their awareness and provide a more culturally safe workplace.
