The Join the Dots pilot program developed by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, supported by South West Development Commission and facilitated by BYOM and other local consultants, has been featured in the South West Development Commission Annual Report 2019-2020.
Aimed at developing the entrepreneurial mindset of local business owners, the program followed 18 local business participants on a 12-month journey focussing on building their capacity and competitiveness.
The Join the Dots program was designed to support local businesses and ultimately equip participants with the skills required to grow their businesses and be better positioned to tap into opportunities.
BYOM will be presenting the program outcomes to the stakeholders this month, which will help inform future design of regional programs for SMEs.
BYOM enjoyed facilitating the ‘top and tail’ of the program where the entrepreneurial mindsets of participants were measured, and skills improvements were tracked.
